Well-run and relaxing place with amicable employees with good service. The breakfasts at £9.50. Central location near centre of town. Based adjacent to Bawtry and the restaurant and pubs and restaurants.
Beds were not very comfortable.

Friendly staff, comfortable room with a good bathroom. The restaurant (both dinner and breakfast) seems to be one of the best in the area. The entertainment in the room (movies on demand) was also good.
The could have been more free TV channels.

The room we stayed in was an executive room and we found it quite delightful. Unusual decor which was a joy as we spend much of our lives in hotel rooms which are normally quite bland.Very highly recommended

The superior room was lovely but could have done with a shower cap - trivial I know but could have used it! The breakfast was really good - well cooked and presented.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stroll to Pangea just a few steps away for a cozy dinner and the nearby Limited 2 Art Gallery was a good find for some leisurely exploration, making our weekend nice.

I attended the Doncaster Bloodstock Sales - the hotel is very conveniently located.
On arrival the room was far too hot and the cooling system was not functioning.

The room was very comfortable. The dining room is unconventional in that it is divided into separate discrete areas. The quality of the food is first class. The location is central giving easy access to a range of facilities in the town.
There are a few negatives. For a top class hotel I was surprised that there was no electric shaving socket available anywhere in the room! I was in a first floor room and I was surprised that there was no lift so it was a case of climbing up and down the staircase. The lighting in the room was inadequate making it somewhat difficult for my wife when getting ready to go out in the evening. Finally we could not work out how to operate the gel dispenser in the bathroom, or whether it was broken.
